I wish they would have left the future earth scenes in. The ugliness of it would have provided a nice contrast to the beauty of Pandora.I think I read somewhere that they're putting those scenes back in for a future DVD/Blu-Ray release.
yea from what I heard Avatar will be rereleased in this summer with extended scenes. Some of the deleted scenes that Cameron loved will also be placed back in the movie.
