Funny script -- I love that type of humor. One of my favorite scenes was when Martin and Fosse are talking to the sixth graders while the kids pass around their guns.
Yea I actually started watching Californication also and thought it was just hilarious. And 24 is so freaking awesome. WHy haven't I een watching it from the beginning???
I've seen the first two seasons of Californication on DVD -- another great show. I love Duchovny's character (talk about a polar opposite from Fox Mulder). Can't wait for the third season to come out on DVD.
RE: 24 -- Don't forget about the two hour "24: Redemption" tv movie that aired in November of 2008 (the show didn't air that year because of the writers' strike). It was a bridge between season 6 and season 7.
Oh is that what happened with 24? I didn't know that. I'm halfway through season five now and am loving it beyond belief. Talk about subplots. I'll have to check that movie out after season six. Thnaks for the heads up.
As for Californication, you're right, complete 180. But I love his character and think its truly a great show.
Have you seen Dollhouse? I heard lots of good things then watched the Pilot and wasn't too intrigued.
Dollhouse sounded interesting enough, but I couldn't get into it (I only watched the first few episodes).
I noticed you posted the Fringe pilot. Have you ever watched that? That's another one that I just couldn't get into (and I usually like those types of shows).
Yea I've seen a few of them. They're good. With sci fi shows now a days its a hit or miss. I thought the read was pretty good of the pilot. But yea Dollhouse I just really couldn't get into. Probably because I felt like I was out of the loop most of the time because they didn't explain anything clear enough.
To be honest I'm more into the crime shows, CSI NCIS those types. But now they're just getting ridiculous so I've stopped for now

ReplyDeleteHaha I saw that on one of the trailers I think. I'm a little backed up on my reading lol so I haven't gotten to some of the scripts I've posted.
ReplyDeleteAlthough thanks to you and my newly discovered Netflix via Xbox, I've been watching nons top 24 and cant get enough! lol
That's cool. 24's a great show (I think that and X-Files are my two favorite series of all time).

Speaking of television shows, do you happen to have any scripts for BURN NOTICE?
ReplyDeleteI do. It's a great show. Another favorite of mine. I've only got two, but I'll post them tonight for you. :-)
